Copper Fox Metals Expands Private Placement

Copper Fox Metals (TSE:CUU) has released an update.

Copper Fox Metals Inc. has announced an increase in its non-brokered private placement from $1,000,000 to $1,125,000, which is now fully subscribed. The offering will include over 5 million units at $0.22 each, with each unit comprising a common share and a half warrant, enabling further share purchase at incremental prices over two years. Proceeds will fund ongoing project development and general corporate purposes.
