CopAur Minerals Inc. has successfully completed the first tranche of a financing and share issuance deal, receiving $1 million and three million shares from Omega Pacific Minerals Inc. This transaction allows Omega to earn a 51% interest in CopAur’s Williams property, with further commitments to exploration spending. The deal enables CopAur to focus on its Nevada properties, thus avoiding dilution at the current level of financing.
