Cooper Metals Limited has announced a change in the holdings of Director Michael Frayne, where 2,000,000 unquoted options expired unexercised on 30 June 2024. This change leaves Frayne with 1,600,000 fully paid ordinary shares and 750,000 performance rights through Chulu Holdings Pty Ltd, alongside a single fully paid ordinary share held directly. No further securities were acquired or disposed of, and the value of the expired options was not disclosed.
