This change leaves Frayne with 1,600,000 fully paid ordinary shares and 750,000 performance rights through Chulu Holdings Pty Ltd, alongside a single fully paid ordinary share held directly. No further securities were acquired or disposed of, and the value of the expired options was not disclosed.
