ConvaTec Group PLC has announced a change in major shareholdings after Black Creek Investment Management Inc. crossed a threshold on 23rd April 2024, now holding a total of 4.996% of voting rights in the company. This adjustment is a result of acquiring or disposing of shares, with the investment management company advising 22 separate funds and clients, none of whom individually hold more than 3%. The notification was completed on 24th April 2024 in Toronto, Canada.
