ConvaTec (GB:CTEC) has released an update.
ConvaTec Group PLC has announced a change in major shareholdings, with Black Creek Investment Management Inc. now holding 4.772% of voting rights, a decrease from their previous notification of 5.01%. The shift, which occurred on May 15, 2024, reflects a change in the distribution of nearly 98 million voting rights managed by the investment firm, which advises 21 funds and clients with no single entity holding more than 3%.
