Context Therapeutics Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors from five to seven members by appointing Dr. Karen L. Smith and Dr. Luke Walker, both bringing over 20 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Dr. Smith, known for her role in developing several approved drugs across various therapeutic areas, and Dr. Walker, with a strong background in clinical development and executive leadership, will also join the Compensation and Nominating Committees, respectively. Both appointees have been granted stock options and will receive cash compensation as part of the company’s non-employee director compensation program.
