Contact Energy Limited reported increased sales and revenue across its Customer and Wholesale businesses in March 2024, with electricity and gas sales up slightly to 297GWh and wholesale electricity sales jumping to 737GWh. Despite progress on the Tauhara and Te Huka 3 projects being slightly below target, future settlements and storage levels suggest a stable outlook. The company has also secured contracted gas volumes for the next year, indicating a forward planning strategy.
