Consun Pharmaceutical Group Ltd. has announced that all proposed resolutions, except for the re-election of Mr. Xu Hanxing as an executive director, were passed at their Annual General Meeting held on May 31, 2024. Shareholders overwhelmingly approved the audited financial statements, the final dividend of HKD0.3 per share, and the re-appointment of KPMG as auditors. Additionally, mandates were approved for the Directors to allot new shares and repurchase shares, with the possibility to extend these mandates.
