Constellation Resources Limited has announced a new securities issue of 1,333,334 ordinary fully paid shares, under the ASX code CR1, with a proposed issue date set for November 12, 2024. This move aims to raise capital through a placement or another type of securities issue, as disclosed in their recent Appendix 3B filing to the ASX.
