Constellation Resources Limited has announced the issuance of unquoted equity securities, set to take place in early April 2024. A total of 3.1 million unlisted options with varying expiration dates from 2027 to 2029 and exercise prices from $0.12 to $0.25 will be issued. These securities are part of a transaction previously disclosed and will not be quoted on the ASX.
