Constellation Brands has announced the appointment of E. Yuri Hermida as their new Executive Vice President, Chief Growth & Strategy Officer, bringing in his vast global leadership experience from various consumer packaged goods companies. Hermida will be in charge of key areas including Consumer Insights & Innovation and Digital Transformation, and will serve as a member of the executive management committee. He succeeds Mallika Monteiro, who will continue to drive growth for the company’s beer brands, leveraging her deep consumer understanding and marketing expertise.
