Conifex Timber Shareholders Elect Directors, Approve Auditor

Conifex Timber (TSE:CFF) has released an update.

Conifex Timber Inc. successfully held its annual general and special meeting, with all management nominees being elected as directors. Shareholders also approved the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the auditor for the next year and greenlit an amendment to the company’s long-term performance incentive plan.
