Conduit Holdings Boosts Employee Share Trust

Conduit Holdings Ltd (GB:CRE) has released an update.

Conduit Holdings Limited, a Bermuda-based reinsurance firm, has announced that its Employee Benefit Trust acquired 39,282 shares at £5.37 each to fulfill employee share scheme awards. The purchase boosts the Trust’s total voting rights in the company to 5%. The Trust, benefiting CHL employees and including Executive Directors, will abstain from voting at general meetings unless directed by CHL.
