Condor Resources Advances Lucero Project Deal

Condor Resources (TSE:CN) has released an update.

Condor Resources Inc. has confirmed the receipt of a $220,000 payment from Element79 Gold Corp. as part of a staggered acquisition deal for its subsidiary, which owns the Lucero project. The total deal is worth up to $6 million, contingent on gold prices at the time of final payment, with the next major installment of $1 million due by December 21, 2024. Condor, an exploration company with a focus on projects in Peru, continues to leverage its experienced team to advance its portfolio, including the flagship Pucamayo project.
