Concord New Energy Group Limited has announced the corrected poll results for the re-election of Ms. Shang Jia as Director, with a significant majority of 99.20% votes in favor. The revision comes after the company received an updated scrutineer’s certificate post its Annual General Meeting on June 7, 2024. Other than this correction, all resolutions presented at the AGM were passed as initially reported.
