Comtech Shakeup: CEO Fired, New Interim Leader and Chairman

Comtech Telecommunications (CMTL) just unveiled an announcement.

Comtech Telecommunications Corp. announced the firing of Ken Peterman as President and CEO due to causes unconnected to the company’s operational performance. Following his departure, John Ratigan has taken over as interim CEO. Ratigan brings a wealth of experience from leadership roles at iDirect Government and BroadLogic Network Technologies. Additionally, Mark Quinlan has been appointed the new Chairman of the Board, succeeding Peterman in the role.
