Computime Appoints New Company Secretary

Computime Group Limited (HK:0320) has released an update.

Computime Group Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Chung Ming Kit as company secretary and authorized representative, effective 3 July 2024. Mr. Chung’s departure is amicable, with no issues to report. Ms. Au King Lun Paulina will take over the roles, bringing over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting to the company.
