Computacenter PLC has reported a significant share buy-back transaction, purchasing 158,887 of its own ordinary shares at an average price of 2455.7792 pence each on October 3, 2024. This move is part of the company’s Share Buy-back Programme announced on July 26, 2024. Post-transaction, Computacenter now holds over 11.6 million shares in treasury, with a total of 109 million shares in issue excluding those in treasury.
