On October 4, 2024, Computacenter PLC reported the purchase of 155,980 of its own shares at an average price of 2492.0083 pence per share, as part of an ongoing Share Buy-back Programme initiated on July 26, 2024. The company has since accumulated 5,275,537 shares and plans to hold the recently acquired shares in treasury, bringing its total treasury holdings to 11,822,398 shares, with 108,865,572 ordinary shares remaining in issue.
