Compass (GB:CPG) has released an update.
Compass Group PLC has announced the second phase of its share buyback program, committing to repurchase up to $250 million worth of its ordinary shares by December 17, 2024. This move, aimed at reducing the company’s share capital and returning surplus capital to shareholders, follows the authorization granted at the 2024 Annual General Meeting. All shares acquired will be held in treasury, primarily to fulfill obligations related to employee share schemes.
