Compass Group PLC has announced the buyback of 124,266 of its ordinary shares on October 8, 2024, to be held in treasury for future employee share schemes. This move is part of a larger $500 million share buyback program, with the latest purchase contributing to the second half of the initiative. Following this transaction, the company’s total number of voting rights comes to 1,696,950,147.
