Compass Group plc (GB:CPG) has released an update.
Compass Group PLC has announced the buyback of 80,000 of its ordinary shares, part of a larger $500 million program set to be completed in 2024. These shares, acquired through BNP Paribas Financial Markets, are to be held in treasury and may be used for employee share schemes or other allocations. This transaction is a component of a $250 million share repurchase initiative announced on December 4, 2023.
