Compass Group plc (GB:CPG) has released an update.
Compass Group PLC has announced the purchase of 14,000 of its own ordinary shares on April 30, 2024, as part of its share buyback program. This action is in line with the authority given by shareholders at the 2023 AGM, with shares to be used for employee share schemes. The buyback is part of a larger $500 million program, aiming to be completed in 2024 depending on M&A activities.
