CommVault Systems Welcomes New CFO and CCO

CommVault Systems (CVLT) has issued an update.

Commvault Systems, Inc. has announced the appointment of Jennifer DiRico as their new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective August 12, 2024. Bringing a wealth of experience from her tenure at Toast, Inc., DiRico’s impressive background includes a pivotal role in Toast’s IPO and various senior finance roles. She will receive a competitive compensation package, including a $450,000 annual salary and an equity award valued at $6 million. Alongside this, Gary Merrill will take on the role of Chief Commercial Officer on the same date, with a continued salary of $460,000 and additional performance-based incentives.
