Comms Group Director Ups Shareholding

Comms Group Ltd. (Australia) (AU:CCG) has released an update.

Peter McGrath of Comms Group Limited has increased his direct holdings by acquiring 800,000 ordinary shares at $0.079 each, following the conversion of performance rights into shares. The transaction, which did not involve any disposal of shares, leaves McGrath with 1,700,000 ordinary shares held directly and over 22 million shares held indirectly through the McGrath Super Fund and McGrath Investment accounts.
