Megaport Ltd. (AU:MP1) has released an update.
The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) has ceased to be a substantial holder in Megaport Limited as of June 3, 2024. This announcement follows changes in voting interests, with detailed transactions listed in an attached annexure. The bank’s previous substantial holding notice was given to Megaport Limited the following day.
