Commerzbank AG has announced the launch of EUR 500 million Preferred Senior Floating Rate Notes under its Medium-Term Note (MTN) Programme. The notes, which are eligible liabilities (MREL), are set to mature on March 3, 2028, with a call option available from March 3, 2027. The stabilisation period for these securities will be conducted by Commerzbank AG as the Stabilising Manager, and it is expected to start on February 25, 2025, and last no longer than 30 days after the issue date. The stabilisation activities will take place on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, aiming to support the market price of the securities.
