Commerzbank AG (UK) (GB:0RLW) has released an update.
Commerzbank AG has announced the completion of a EUR 4 billion Green Bond issuance by Kreditanstalt fuer Wiederaufbau (KfW), guaranteed by the Federal Republic of Germany, with a note due in 2032. The bank confirmed that no stabilisation actions were required post-issuance by the involved stabilisation managers, which included Commerzbank itself, Danske Bank, NatWest Markets, and Société Générale.
