Commerce Resources Corp. has launched a private placement to raise $2,016,000 through the sale of 16 million units at $0.126 each, with each unit including a share and a purchase warrant. Churchill SIG Pty Ltd. will serve as the exclusive lead manager, focusing on introducing non-Canadian investors, and will receive a cash fee and Finder’s Warrants for their services. The offering will utilize prospectus exemptions, targeting accredited investors and certain international participants.
