ComfortDelGro Corporation Limited has expanded its operations in Victoria, Australia, having secured contracts to run bus services in three Melbourne metropolitan regions. This significant move involves setting up special purpose subsidiaries and selling existing depots for reinvestment and debt repayment. Furthermore, the company plans to bolster its Melbourne fleet with an additional 86 buses, contributing to a total of 369 buses servicing the area.
