Comforia Residential REIT, Inc. (JP:3282) has released an update.
Comforia Residential REIT, Inc. (CRR) has decided to borrow 1,000 million yen in long-term loans with a 4.5-year term to refinance its maturing 6th unsecured bonds. The loan from Daishi Hokuetsu Bank, Ltd. will be unsecured, with an interest rate to be determined and a lump-sum repayment due on January 17, 2029. The funds will be disbursed on July 18, 2024, to cover the redemption of existing bonds due the following day.
