Comet Lithium Corporation has announced the approval of incentive securities, including restricted share units, deferred share units, and stock options, to its officers, non-management directors, and a consultant. These incentives, part of the company’s Equity Incentive Plan, are designed to vest over a one-year period, with stock options available immediately and expiring in five years. This strategic move aims to align the interests of key Comet Lithium personnel with those of the company as it advances its flagship Liberty Property in Quebec.
