Color Star Announces Unregistered Share Offering

Color Star Technology (ADD) has released an update.

Color Star Technology Co., Ltd. has entered a Securities Purchase Agreement offering 2,350,000 Class A ordinary shares at $0.4 per share, for a total purchase price of $940,000. The shares are unregistered and offered under an exemption, with the closing date set for August 23, 2024. The company affirms the shares, when issued, will be fully paid and non-assessable, ensuring investors receive valid title upon completion of the transaction.
