Colliers International Group (TSE:CIGI) has released an update.
Colliers International Group Inc. has demonstrated continued growth and resilience in its first quarter, showcasing an increase in revenues from $965.9 million in 2023 to $1,002.0 million in 2024. The company also reported a rise in adjusted EBITDA from $104.6 million to $108.7 million, despite a slight decrease in adjusted EPS. Moreover, GAAP operating earnings more than doubled, increasing from $22.1 million to $43.3 million.
