Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc. finalized its acquisition of Ironshore Therapeutics Inc. on September 3, 2024, with a merger deal valued at approximately $525 million in cash and an additional potential milestone payment of $25 million. To fund this acquisition, Collegium secured a $325 million loan from BioPharma Credit PLC and associated lenders.
