Coles Group Limited has informed its shareholders and the ASX of the upcoming 2024 Annual General Meeting, where resolutions submitted by a small fraction of shareholders will be considered. The resolutions propose amendments to the company’s constitution to allow shareholder opinions on director powers and request Coles to report on and cease certain practices related to its farmed seafood procurement that may impact endangered species. The Board’s recommendations on these matters will be released later this month in the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
