Cohort plc, an AIM listed technology group, has announced its total voting rights, revealing an issued share capital of 41,606,486 ordinary shares with one vote each, as of 30 June 2024. Shareholders can use this number as the denominator for calculating changes in their shareholding interests. The company, which operates in the defense and related markets, is composed of six innovative businesses across the UK, Germany, and Portugal, specializing in communications, intelligence, sensors, and effectors.
