Cohort plc, an AIM-listed technology group, has announced that as of 31 July 2024, its issued share capital comprises 41,646,498 ordinary shares with one vote each and holds no treasury shares. Shareholders can use this figure as a reference for declaring changes in their stake in the company. Cohort, with over 1,300 employees, operates in defense and related markets, specializing in communications, intelligence, sensors, and effectors through its six subsidiaries based in the UK, Germany, and Portugal.
