Cohort plc has announced the distribution of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended April 30, 2024, to shareholders, with further access available on its website. The company’s AGM is scheduled for September 24, 2024, at Investec’s London offices, where details of the resolutions will be discussed. Cohort is a parent company to six businesses operating in defence and related markets, with over 1,300 staff across the UK, Germany, and Portugal, and specializing in two main segments: Communications and Intelligence, and Sensors and Effectors.
