Cohort plc has announced a £40 million fundraising through a fully underwritten placing of new shares, set at a discount to the current market price, to help finance its acquisition of EM Solutions. This strategic move is part of Cohort’s plan to expand its technological capabilities and footprint in the industry. The company is also offering a retail share sale to engage individual investors, aiming to raise an additional £1 million.
