Cohort plc (GB:CHRT) has released an update.
Cohort PLC, an AIM listed tech group, has announced its Employee Benefit Trust acquired 70,000 company shares at £8 each to fulfill its employee share schemes. Following this purchase, the Trust now holds 2.45% of Cohort’s total voting rights. Cohort PLC specializes in innovative services and products for the defense sector, employing over 1,250 staff across the UK, Germany, and Portugal.
