Cohort plc (GB:CHRT) has released an update.
Cohort plc, an AIM listed independent technology group, has announced the purchase of 20,000 ordinary shares by its Employee Benefit Trust (EBT) at £7.9926 each, to support future employee share scheme awards. The transaction increases the EBT’s holding to 947,472 shares, representing 2.28% of the company’s total voting rights. Cohort plc specializes in defense and related markets, with several subsidiaries across the UK, Germany, and Portugal involved in communications, intelligence, and sensor technologies.
