Her addition, effective immediately, expands the Board to ten directors and brings a wealth of experience to the company’s Audit, Compensation, and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. Recognized by the NYSE as an independent director, Dolly’s appointment is unencumbered by prior transactions or external arrangements and she will be compensated in line with existing non-management director fees.
