Cofina SGPS SA has successfully completed the sale of its 333,000 shares in VASP – Distribuição de Publicações, S.A. for a total consideration of EUR 4.5 million. The transaction followed a call option exercise by Palavras de Prestígio, Lda. and received no opposition from the Competition Authority.
