Coffee Holding Co Ends Merger Deal with Delta Corp

The latest update is out from Coffee Holding Co (JVA).

Coffee Holding Co., Inc. has terminated its Merger Agreement with Delta Corp Holdings and other parties, initially entered into on September 29, 2022. The agreement’s dissolution on June 21, 2024, comes without any early termination fees for the company. This strategic move concludes the planned merger where Coffee Holding Co. was to become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Delta Corp Holdings.
