COFCO Joycome Foods Limited (HK:1610) has released an update.

COFCO Joycome Foods Limited has announced changes to its board with Mr. Shi Bo resigning as a non-executive director and from the Remuneration Committee due to other business commitments, and the appointment of Mr. Chen Zhigang as a non-executive director and member of the Food Safety Committee, effective June 25, 2024. Mr. Chen brings extensive experience in quality and safety management from his previous high-level roles within COFCO and other governmental safety departments.
