Codex Acquisitions PLC has successfully passed all proposed resolutions during their Annual General Meeting held on August 14, 2024. The resolutions, which included the approval of annual reports, director reappointments, and the authority to allot shares, were all met with unanimous agreement from the shareholders. Notably, a special resolution granted the directors the authority to proceed with the acquisition of Technologies New Energies S.A.
