Coca-Cola HBC AG has announced the repurchase of 97,137 of its ordinary shares at a volume-weighted average price of £27.0612, under its share purchase program initiated in November 2023. The acquired shares will be held in treasury for potential use in employee incentive schemes or possible cancellation upon shareholder approval. The company’s total number of voting rights now stands at 363,221,220 after this recent transaction.
