Coca Cola HBC (GB:CCH) has released an update.
Coca-Cola HBC AG has announced the buyback of 63,734 of its ordinary shares as part of its ongoing share purchase program, with transactions executed through UBS AG London Branch. The shares were bought at prices ranging from £26.8000 to £27.0000, resulting in a volume weighted average price of £26.8810 per share. These repurchased shares will be held in treasury with the possibility of being used for employee incentive schemes or potentially cancelled following shareholder approval.
