Barry Diller, Alexis Herman, and Marc Bolland, members of The Coca-Cola Company’s Board of Directors, will retire on August 1, 2024. Their departure is amicable, with no disagreements regarding the company’s operations, policies, or practices. The company has officially announced their retirement through a press release.
